Impeccably clean hotel with greatfacilities and very very helpful and outstandingly friendly staff. A double room was newly renovated and the food was amazing. Large private bathroom. Comfortable location in Tampa, so close to the Mall, Shops, and wide variety of food nearby. Really good stay, as always.

Reasonably spacious rooms and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Spacious bathroom and a tub with good sewerage.

The room was a nice size and newly renovated. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. the location was comfortable; for example, Big Cat Rescue was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Next time in Tampa, I would stay here again. Nice hotel, it has awesome staff at the reception desk.

The staff was very very helpful and outstandingly friendly and provided us with tips. The hotel was in a comfortable location very close to restaurants and shopping, downtown Tampa, and the Mall, Shops, and wide variety of food nearby. Furthermore, to Busch Gardens.

This hotel is located near excellent restaurants, such as a McDonald's down the road, and offers a clean and modern room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the charging stations and outlets in the room are convenient. However, some guests experienced poor housekeeping, with infrequent vacuuming and linen changing. One guest found the breakfast to be expensive, and had trouble determining what was included in their stay.

The most important - convenient location on uber vs taxi. Based next to the Mall, Shops, and wide variety of food nearby and great restaurants like Keke's and Busch Gardens.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the central location of this hotel! With a great selection of nearby restaurants and shops, it made exploring the area so convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and plenty of outlets and charging ports. The fitness facilities had a good variety of equipment, perfect for staying active during our stay. Special shout-out to Desiree for being quick and helpful at check-in!
